    By placing an order at www.royalalchemyst.com you agree to the terms of our Return Policy as outlined below:

    Returns and Refunds:

    • We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and accept returns for STORE CREDIT only, in the form of a Royal Alchemyst E-Gift Card.
    • Returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT only, with no exceptions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, including those purchased with a promotion or discount code, are final sale.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date as indicated by the USPS/UPS tracking number for money-back returns in the form of an E-Gift Card.
    • Oils must contain at least 95% or more of the original liquid and be in their original packaging, undamaged and intact.
    • Royal Alchemyst is not liable for any return packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Customers are advised to retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
    • Our return policy does not apply to samples/testers, sale/discounted items, or items purchased using a promotion code, regardless of quantity.

    Initiating a Return:

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Email Hello@royalalchemyst.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
    2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return guidelines if accepted.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, we will issue you an E-Gift Card for the amount of the returned item(s) upon receipt at our warehouse. Return shipping fees will not be refunded.
