Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders placed with Royal Alchemyst are processed within 4 business days. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipment, and we appreciate your patience during such times. Rest assured, we are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Delivery: We currently offer UPS Gound to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. After processing your order within 4 business days, your product will be shipped out and d within 3 buisness days. Please allow additional days for transit to account for any unforeseen delays that may occur during the shipping process.
Order Status and Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, to ensure reliable and secure deliveries. If a package is stolen after being marked as delivered, we cannot be held liable for replacement, you will need to file a claim with UPS to report a stolen package.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@royalalchemyst.com
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
